Synergy Parking Options:

Paid Richmond Yards parking garage

$2.00/hr day, $1.50/hr evening. Entrance to parking garage is off St. Albans St. Follow parking garage exit signs to Clifton St. exit. Synergy is adjacent to the elevators on the main level.

Free one hour surface parking in Richmond Yards (access is King St)
Drop off zone in front of building
Free neighborhood street parking

We are also on a major bus route and there is ample bicycle post parking on site.

Cancellation Policy:

48 hours is required when cancelling appointments to avoid a late cancellation/missed appointment fee of $75 for the first offence and the full treatment fee for ongoing offences. All late/missed appointment fees must be paid in full before booking or attending future appointments.
