Clinic/Studio Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM -8:30 PM
Fridays 8:00 AM-5:30 PM

Virtual Reception Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Cancellation Policy:

48 hours is required when cancelling appointments to avoid a late cancellation/missed appointment fee.

Assigned Patient Parking

Synergy parking is at Shoppers Drug Mart. Just a 3 min walk south on Robie St. to Synergy.

We also have 2 marked spots at the rear of Synergy in front of our accessible ramp. Enter the alley off St. Albans St. marked "Gate 1" .

Please use our front Robie St. entrance (there is a path between the buildings to Robie. St).

Street Parking

You will also find free street parking in neighboring streets.

Please ensure to arrive in time to find parking before your appointment or class.

Accessibility:

If you require access to our rear accessible entrance, please let our team know when booking your appointment. We will also ensure you are booked on the first floor, as our clinic has two levels.
